Family Rate for 2021 Memberships

The family rate is $80, and covers a family of up to 4, including a maximum of 2 adults. Additional children/youths over the maximum can join at the regular membership rate of $30.   We hope this will encourage more of our members to get their kids involved and out to enjoy the rivers with them. As always, children/youth attending club paddles/events must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

2021 memberships are now effective January 1^st to December 31^st.

2020 memberships purchased after Labour Day, will be effective till December 31^st, 2021. Everyone’s else’s 2020 memberships will expire Dec. 31, 2020.  Memberships can now be purchased Online!  See the Store  (Note: User Accounts are no longer necessary to purchase a membership)

KWP Donations

After the 2019 Mackfest, KWP donated $500 to the new playground equipment for the Marmora P.S.

On Sunday September 9th, 2018, KWP made a donation of $3000.00 for Whitewater Ontario to to use for river course  repairs on the Gull River, at the Minden Whitewater Preserve. This in-river work will increase the safety and paddling experience for newer to intermediate paddlers, using the length of river from below the Falls to Minden Lake. The letter can be read here:

On August 2nd, 2018 KWP made a donation of $435 to sponsor a child attending a week of kayaking summer camp at Paddlers Coop. The donation letter can be read here: COOP donation

In March 2018, KWP made two donations of $500 in total to Marmora area food banks, Marmora Helping Hands Food Bank and Central Hastings Support Network
